Designed to streamline and simplify, this system combines the compact ISO-90 monitoring head with the robust ISO-CON flow control unit, delivering unparalleled performance with minimal footprint within your isolator environment.

The ISO-90 monitoring head, designed for efficiency, operates seamlessly with its pump and control unit located separately, ensuring a clutter-free setup. The innovative ISO-CON unit enhances this setup with a user-friendly touchscreen featuring our CAMS intuitive interface, making operation straightforward and accessible.

One of the standout features of the ISO-CON-90 system is its powerful built-in vacuum pump. Capable of maintaining optimal performance over distances up to 10+ metres, the ISO-CON can be placed in a more convenient location, away from the isolator. This flexibility does not compromise on safety, as all exhaust passes through a robust H14 HEPA filter, ensuring clean operations.

The ISO-CON isn’t just about monitoring; it’s also about control and communication. You can set up operational parameters like run time, percentage plate, delayed start, username, and location. After completing runs, data is easily uploaded to your LIMS system via USB or Ethernet. Enhanced connectivity via MODBUS allows for seamless integration into existing software systems like SCADA, offering you full control and oversight.

For added convenience, a secondary remote screen can be mounted near the isolator. This feature ensures that while the ISO-CON can be positioned away from the process area, control remains at your fingertips. Connection between the ISO-90 head and the ISO-CON is maintained by a control cable and hose, with custom-designed glands/ports available to fit standard 1½” Tri-Clover fittings.
